UTS Library

For UTS students only, this part of the UTS campus has changed a lot since my earliest days being here in the 90s. It now has 5 floors of great library book and journal resources, study spaces and even chill spaces and board game space. It does get crowded at certain times, even with all the space for study around, so you have to get used to the peak usage times of the day. There are plenty of PC computers and some Macs too, a specialist media computer lab you can book, group study and individual study rooms and areas. There is a closed reserve section of the library to find your subject's resources. The floors are designated quieter spaces the higher you go. Level 4 is a quiet space; Level 5 is a silent space - there is even a soundproof booth for urgent mobile conversations if you are on that level. It really is an amazing resource and for the UTS student it is a great place for doing your assignment alone or with your group. And the unrelated coffee stand outside during working hours helps too.
