  I don`t know if you guys have ever tried to edit your own passport photo and just came to get him to print it out for you. I've done this before with Kmart, Target, Office work on Kodak kiosk. I loaded my own photo and got a receipt of 0.80$ for the print. The owner told me that I need to pay additional $10 because its clarified as passport photo. I was trying to make him notice its the cost of the print itself only $0.80, black and white on the receipt. But the response I got back was " sorry, its my shop, Imake the rule to protect my business." Ridiculous right?
  
  I don't seem to be able to reply on correspondence from the owner for some reason. So I will just write here.
  Firstly, mr owner, I do value your experty and quality of photo shooting and such. However, I didn't come in to get a photo shoot from your shop at the first place. I have already done my photo, edit it to the size and quality I needed. I'm not getting a passport photo printed, if so, I would have asked you to take a photo and pay your price. All I needed was to get my photo saved in my phone printed. And you wanted to charge me $10 extra from the $0.80 clearly shows on your invoice from the Kodak kiosk? Like I said, I've printed those document required photos before from Kmart and office work .You don't need to compare yourself to them, you are a photographer, but all I need you to do was to print my photo. Which I got charged in Kmart for $0.20 today and$0.16 previously from office work. You completely missed the point and still trying to justify your behavior of the misleading price. Customers do have rights to have their saved photos printed in all forms within Kodak kiosk system . Your price is already significantly higher than other big chains. $0.80 vs $0.20 and 0.16. Your additional $10 is absolutely unfair. If you are using your own brand printer or something not labeled, it's ok, how much ever you try to charge , there is no worries at all. But you are using Kodak kiosk. I believe they must price relatively similar as a famous international brand.
