  Poor customer service, slow respods and never call you back for any updates. They closed my dad's account told me that they would send the bank cheque to my address but have not received it for 2 months. Called them but they kept transferring to different department, it seemed that they did not know how to resolve the issues. Still waiting for the bank cheque until now.
  Please improve your slow system and customer services as you have too many negative reviews and I think the government should look into this bank as they took our money and when we want them back they make it so difficult that we have to wait for months and hopefully we will get the bank cheque, otherwise I have to report them to Australia Fair Trading for sure. Avoid this bank, you have been warned !
